Terms and Condition

Service Engagement:

• • Countrywide Decor agrees to provide UPVC interior and exterior design services to the Client as outlined in the service contract or agreement.
  • The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their design requirements, preferences, and any relevant site specifications.

Design Process:

• • The design process will be conducted in accordance with the agreed-upon timeline and milestones outlined in the service contract.
  • Countrywide Decor will provide the Client with design concepts, drawings, and specifications for review and approval at various stages of the project.

Payment:

• • The Client agrees to pay Countrywide Decor the agreed-upon fees for the provision of UPVC interior and exterior design services.
  • Payment terms, including deposit requirements, installment payments, and final payment deadlines, will be specified in the service contract.

Intellectual Property:

• • All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and other intellectual property developed by Countrywide Decor during the provision of services shall remain the property of Countrywide Decor.
  • The Client may use the design deliverables for the intended purpose outlined in the service contract but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without prior written consent from Countrywide Decor.

Client Responsibilities:

• • The Client agrees to cooperate with Countrywide Decor and provide timely feedback and approvals during the design process.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that any necessary permits, approvals, or permissions required for the implementation of the design are obtained.

Limitation of Liability:

• • Countrywide Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of UPVC interior and exterior design services, including but not limited to delays, errors, or omissions.
  • The total liability of Countrywide Decor to the Client shall be limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific design services provided.

Termination:

• • Either party may terminate the service contract by providing written notice to the other party in accordance with the termination provisions outlined in the contract.
  • In the event of termination, the Client agrees to compensate Countrywide Decor for any services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law:

• • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
